Central Piscataquis County in north central Maine...
Northwestern Penobscot County in east central Maine...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 344 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near White Cap
Mountain, or 10 miles northeast of Greenville, moving northeast at
35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
Millinocket, White Cap Mountain, Frenchtown, Elliottsville,
Ebeemee, Beaver Cove, Norcross, Katahdin Iron Works, and Lily Bay.

This includes State Highway 11 between Norcross and Millinocket.
