* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 1019 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Huntley to near Oswego to near Seneca, moving east
at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Aurora, Joliet, Naperville, Elgin, Bolingbrook, Hoffman Estates,
Bartlett, Streamwood, Romeoville, and Plainfield around 1025 AM
CDT.
Schaumburg, Wheaton, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, Glendale Heights,
Woodridge, Lockport, Barrington, Braidwood, and Coal City around
1030 AM CDT.
Palatine, Downers Grove, Lombard, Addison, Elk Grove Village, Glen
Ellyn, New Lenox, Homer Glen, Lemont, and Wilmington around 1035

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
